Bas Emmerig has spent his entire career investing across public and private marets with a proven track record of building and leading high-performance teams, leveraging a creative and problem-solving mindset to thrive and adapt to rapidly changing market conditions. Bas holds a Master degree in Economics and Finance from the Vrije Universiteit in Amsterdam and an Executive MBA from IMD in Lausanne, Switzerland. Bas lives together with his wife Mirese and their three kids in Laren, south of Amsterdam.

Thijs van Remmen began in strategy consulting before moving to Goldman Sachs, and later >7 years at KKR and Gilde.
In 2020, Thijs co-founded NFA with three partners to meet a structural need in the pharmacy sector, using private equity and private credit strategies to enable the next generation of pharmacists to take over practices. NFA quickly became a the player in the space and was acquired in 2025.
Then Thijs co-founded Savin Capital, continuing his focus on value creation in essential sectors.
Thijs lives in Laren with his wife Sylvie and their three children.

Erdem Yavuz has built and exited several businesses in highly regulated sectors ranging from Biotech & Life sciences, to hedge fund management. Prior to that Erdem spent a decade at two investment banks in Amsterdam and London. Interacting with institutional investors has always been at the centre of Erdem’s career. Erdem is an engineer, has an MBA and grew up in a NATO family where his interests were cultivated for the defence industry. Erdem lives together with Regina and their three kids in Amsterdam.
